Confidence: Is it an inherent trait or something we cultivate within ourselves? Is it a sense of self-worth, a belief in our ability to succeed despite setbacks? Why do some exude confidence while others lack it?
The encouraging news is that confidence can be learned. By reshaping outdated subconscious patterns and tapping into innate resources, you can access a newfound sense of confidence.
Low self-esteem often arises from an excessive focus on the self, driven by core beliefs of inferiority. If you hold beliefs that good things don't deserve to happen to you, that you are inferior, unattractive, unworthy of love, or incompetent, you may be grappling with low self-esteem.
This might manifest as avoiding challenges, lacking self-assertion, low motivation, or a constant critical internal dialogue. Have you ever pondered why you feel this way and wondered what steps you can take to change it? Confidence. Are we born with it or is it something we have to nurture in ourselves?
