The genius of Tapping is that you can pull up what bothers you and turn it off on purpose. You can do this with focus and intention using a series of touches or taps on the meridian points of the body, which helps to rebalance and clear the body's energy system.
We use Tapping to tune into a presenting issue and can then follow the energy to identify and clear negative energy being held within the body. When we do not clear our energy we find we can feel negative or depressed, have chronic physical ailments, become addicted to substances, food, drink or even anger. These are often caused by events, decisions and core beliefs we are subconsciously holding.
