We often think of addictions as drink, drugs or cigarettes but we can be addicted to many other things. Some examples of this are work, the internet, gaming, gambling and sex. Addiction can be defined as not having control, overusing, taking or doing something to the point where it can become harmful for you.

You get frustrated with yourself and can't understand why you can't just stop but there can be many reasons why that habit or addiction is being held in place.
